Complex geometries which cannot be obtained by CNC can be foamed in situ now. Cascell® MF foam core has been specifically designed for complex geometries parts, it can dramatically increase the use ratio of the foam and reduce the cycle time. Complex 3D-foam core parts can be obtained directly from the in-mold foaming process.
