How much heat can PMI high temperature foam withstand?

PMI high temperature foam can withstand temperatures up to 80 degrees Celsius. PMI high temperature foams maintain good elasticity and adhesion in the foam at temperatures ranging from -10 °C to 80 °C. The cured foam has the functions of caulking, bonding, sealing and the like. In addition, the flame retardant polyurethane foaming agent can achieve B and C flame retardant. The normal use temperature of PMI high temperature foam tank is +5~+40°C, and the optimal use temperature is +18~+25°C. At low temperatures, it is recommended to place it in a constant temperature environment of +25 to +30 °C for 30 minutes to ensure optimum performance. The cured foam has a temperature resistance range of -35 ° C to + 80 ° C.

Under normal circumstances, PMI high temperature foam is about 4-6 hours in summer and about 24 hours or more in winter. Under normal conditions of use (and in the case of a cover on its exterior), it is estimated that its service life is not less than ten years.
