The carbon fiber sandwich structure is mainly used in medical equipment, thermal insulation materials, wings and other structures. Many customers do not know much about the production method of this type of plate. The following is an introduction to the production steps
(1) Mold preparation.
(2) Preparation of foam material preform.
(3) Put the foam material preform into the mold.
(4) Use a vacuum machine to vacuum the inside of the mold.




(5) When the vacuum in the mold reaches below 5.0X10-2TORR, turn off the vacuum machine and prepare for pouring.
(6) Use the resin transfer machine to mix the resin and hardener into the mold (single hole infusion).
(7) Use a flow meter to control the amount of poured resin to about 110cc.
(8) Put the mold into the oven to heat, and set related parameters, including working temperature and time.
Carbon fiber medical bed board manufacturing process
(1) Use a polishing machine and sandpaper (No. 300) to remove the residual release agent on the surface of the semi-finished EPP board.
(2) Paste the semi-finished EPP board with carbon fiber cloth to form a preformed carbon fiber medical bed board.
(3) Put the preform in the mold.
(4) Use a vacuum machine to make the inside of the mold reach a vacuum below 5.0X10-2TORR.
(5) Use the resin transfer machine to mix the branches and the hardener into the mold, and pour into the upper and lower mold holes respectively.
(6) Use a flow meter to control the amount of perfusion resin to about 250cc
(7) Put the mold in the oven to heat, and set related parameters, including working temperature and time.
(8) Remove the mold after cooling the next day and take out the finished product.
